Marching Band Workout Program for Winter Percussion, Winds & Color Guard Auditionees! Our 6-week program is designed to boost endurance and help you achieve your best performance at auditions. With two short, intense follow-along workouts per week, it’s easy to fit into any busy schedule. No equipment is needed, and the workouts challenge your cardio endurance to prevent running out of breath and improve recovery between reps. By the end, you’ll push your body harder while feeling less fatigued during movement and marching drills, ensuring you avoid "survival mode" and perform at your peak.
