That’s a great question! Personally, I’d love to learn more about practical productivity hacks and mindset shifts that actually stick long-term, not just quick motivation that fades in a week. I’m also really interested in deep dives into self-discipline, time management, and ways to balance personal growth with the never-ending demands of school or work.
Sometimes I even think about how cool it would be if there was content around managing online studies better—like tips, tools, or even how to approach situations where people say, “I wish someone could just take my online class for me” because they feel overwhelmed. That kind of angle would really connect with students and busy professionals who are trying to grow without burning out.
What kind of content are you thinking of creating first?
For me, I've wondered how our trapezius muscle correlates with our strength or position in how brass players hold their horn up.
I’ve been looking to getting into higher level calisthenics (muscle ups, better at pulls ups, planks, front levels, etc…) how can I work up to these things as a part of my dci prep? Thanks
Some core exercises to help learn pushups would be pretty neat
how long does it take for the request to join the group normally take?
