Marching & sliding backwards is significantly more challenging than forwards. Why? Because our backwards locomotion pattern is much less developed than forward. 🤔
If you only run forward, marching backwards will not get any easier. 📉
Do you need to run a mile backwards? No. Just sprinkle in short bouts of 32-64 strides at a time during your regular run. 🔥
A good milestone would be to cover 50 yards in under 45 seconds. 😉
