Marching Strong — Full-Season Marching Band Rehearsal Workout System

 

Marching Strong is a strength and conditioning program for marching bands. The exercises are built for what marching actually demands — posture, core and breath support, leg and hip strength, and the endurance to hold form through a full show. Better movement also lowers the risk of common injuries.

 

Your whole band does it together at the start of rehearsal — about 15 minutes, three days a week, for a full 12-week season. No equipment needed.

 

It's made to be led by one of your own students or an instructor. Every move is taught on video, so your leader always knows what to do.

 

How it works:

  1. Your leader watches the short videos to learn each move.
  2. They hold the workout sheet and call it out during rehearsal.
  3. If form looks off, they flip to that move's page for the fix.
