Will I have time for this if i'm busy?
Yes. Workouts are only 25 minutes, twice a week.
What if i'm new to fitness?
No worries. Each workout can be scaled to your level. Start easy and step it up as you grow stronger.
Do I need special equipment?
Most movements use just your bodyweight. Feel free to add resistance if you want more challenge.
Can I do these workouts in my bedroom?
Yes! You can do them in your room, but we recommend training outside to get your body used to the heat before band camp!
