Yes. This program is designed to fit into busy school & work schedules. 30 minutes. Three times per week.
What if i'm new to fitness?
No worries. Each workout can be scaled to your level. Start easy and step it up as you grow stronger.
Do I need special equipment?
Many movements use just your bodyweight. You are able to customize exercises in the app to include weights if you'd like.
Can I do these workouts in my dorm?
Yes! You can do them in your room, or in a 6'x6' space at the gym.
